Shelf life: (from the date of production)
Store at room temperature (0-40 ° C) in a ventilated, cool, dry, and dark place. Seal immediately after use to avoid long-term contact with air. It is recommended to filter before use; If some products experience sedimentation and layering during long-term storage, they must be thoroughly stirred. If the quality meets the requirements, they can still be used.

Special note
1. Mix the selected coating with a small amount of water and dilute it, then add it to the slurry and stir thoroughly to obtain a satisfactory color concentration. After filtering, let it stand for a while until the bubbles disappear before use.
2. Reference prescription (mainly applicable to cotton and polyester cotton fabric printing. The specific prescription should be customized according to the customer's own requirements).
3. Paint color paste: 1-8%, adhesive 15-25%, printing paste: 80-70%.
4. Process conditions: Printing drying (100 ° C x 2-3 minutes) baking (130-150 ° C x 1-2 minutes).
matters needing attention
1. The color fastness of pigment paste printing and coloring mainly depends on the good or poor compatibility of the selected solid paste, adhesive paste, and fixing agent. Remember: Mix thoroughly before use and seal promptly after use.
2. Please confirm before use that production tools, equipment, additives, and raw materials must not contain or come into contact with toxic or harmful substances to prevent cross contamination.
3. The compatibility of bright red, orange, brown, and some yellow with the adhesive is very important. If chosen improperly, discoloration may occur after printing or even several weeks, with lighter colors being more pronounced. For this reason, customers are very careful when using it and it is recommended to switch to our company's high-performance related products.
4. Due to limitations in the performance of some raw materials, they may react with thickeners or slurries during use, resulting in flocculation. It is recommended to use them selectively.
5. Due to our inability to foresee or control the conditions and environmental factors that customers may have regarding the use of our products, we recommend that sufficient samples and necessary testing be conducted before use.
